Does anyone knows how to build a website without using WordPress?

Was just wondering if there is anyone out there who knows how to create a website without using the WordPress Platform.

2. Blogger = Free, Full of Coding, Has Lots Of Templates.
3. You Can Build With Your Own PC Using Apache2.

There is ample amount of technology you can use to create a website without WordPress. If by “websites like Wordpress” you mean CMSs such as Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, then clearly you’ve got one other option. Do it from scratch using the core web development techs (HTML, CSS, Javascript). You can also use python for creating a website for example the blogger is completely created in python.
