Hi, I am worried about my account, There was a misuderstanding with my buyer, He/She has reported to the authority, And there was a service which broke the rules though I hadn't any idea about the rules, My account has some money but I can not withdraw because of that. I contacted witgh the support staff, They informed me that I can not withdraw the money within 3 months. If I close/deactive/suspend the account, can I withdraw the money? please inform me, I don't use the account more.
