    its depends on your idear regarding your concern niche also , 
    if you sell 1 site after 3 months, you can earn from it @ $150 to $1500 easily, you can earn more if you have some creativity

    I think one can earn around 10K onwards from such site. Depends on how much value you are generating from such sites. It all depends on that. It also means that some websites being sold are high quality. So quality is the keyword here. And you have to build on top of that.

    design of your website
    monetizing methods
    revenue your website generate
    traffic the website receives.

    The earnings in site flipping will depend on many factors but first and foremost is the present value of the website. The current traffic that it gets will somehow give an idea to the buyer the value. Obviously the more traffic your website gets, the higher its value. But some other factors have to be considered like the design of the pages and the architecture of the website.
