Reasons why Seocheckout should have a domain / website marketplace

I've said this before and I'll say it again. And I think I speak for many people here when I do. That Ionicware should have a domain / website marketplace. For the buying and selling of domains and websites. We have Seocheckout here for SEO services, we now have wordclerks.com for content services, pixelclerks for image/logo etc creation services, there's codeclerks.com and listingdock.com for just about anything.

But no domainclerks.com or webclerks.com or whateversomewordrelatedtodomainandwebsiteflippingis.com website or something! For buying and selling domains and websites. And that is something that would seem relevant to have. And would go hand in hand with all the rest. And it could/would be profitable for Ionicware/Jordan and every one that uses it. Since when it comes to domains/websites, there are buyers and sellers of them.

And this is a massive, massive niche. A very profitable one too. I've sold and flipped hundreds of domains and sites in the past. Both new and old. Established and not. On many forums and domain marketplaces like flippa and ebay and other ways. Even on skype and whatsapp. (It's easier to sell a site on whatsapp once they're a little bit interested).

Anyway, there should be this! Some site called webclerks.com or webclerk.com or domainclerks.com or domainingclerk.com something like that! And it could use a script or something else similar to how flippa works or something. Even just something like how it works here. Where you can list a service for sale but instead of a service, a domain or a full website.

I've actually sold sites on Seocheckout before. I just created a service and advertised it and it sold. I pushed the domain to the owner, sent them all the logins etc. Sent them the site files and database and the deal was done. They marked the order as complete positively. Simple and straightforward. But come on! Why should I need to push you for this Jordan!? lol. Reasons why Seocheckout should have a domain / website marketplace No honestly though, I know in my heart of hearts that this could be a very good thing and do well. Sure there will be complications. But you're one of the most innovative people I know of and it doesn't seem like something you would not be able to achieve because you're a doer! You're a legend! What's the worst that could happen?

But who else would like a domain/website marketplace for buying/selling domains/websites?

Would you use it?

Do you like this idea? And if you do, say why and if you're with me!

Because I feel positive about this! Reasons why Seocheckout should have a domain / website marketplace

Cheers all round!

Yes Mike I also coined this idea some years back in Seocheckout forum. At that time Jordan was frequent to reply on forum. As far as I remember, many people liked the idea. And stuffs also seemed interested. However after that I saw no development regarding this issue. Currently most people who have used flippa, are fed up with their poor customer service and badly waiting for a better alternative. I think this is the best time to start.

Great suggestion Mike! Ionicware should totally expand into the selling/buying websites and domains niche!
Flippa needs a strong competitor and in my opinion with the right promotion, Ionicware could totally position as an alternative.

Maybe not with the same format as for the current marketplaces, but with a simple and custom platform it can achieve a lot of great things! Ionicware also haves the marketplace experience to back everything up and get everything on the right track from the start.

I am with you, Mike. I have tried a couple of marketplaces but have not succeeded in flipping my domains and websites. Ionicware should definitely have a domain/website marketplace. There are a lot of people who want to buy and sell domains and websites on Ionicware sites, and I am one of them.
It is a news for me that Mike has sold a website through this site. I also want to do this.
