Ermm Wordpress Yoast Does it have to be spot on to work.

Right here goes, I am using Yoast plugin for word press and the thing is I got everything spot on Keyword , content but one thing is bugging me again.
Which is : The SEO title contains the focus keyword, but it does not appear at the beginning; try and move it to the beginning.

For example my focus keyword would be : free amazon gift cards

Now does this after be the beginning of the page title , As page title would be How to get free amazon gift cards. Everytime I create a post with a focus keyword it does this. Now every post I may not want the keyword at the beginning of the title as sometimes it doesn't sound right or go with the content. So any suggestion would be fab. DO you really need to have it at the beginning of the title and if You don't will that not do good for SEO.
