    You should take in consideration that the seller can write for you a bad review, too. You'll say you don't care now, but after weeks or months, you'll notice that almost all sellers will reject your orders and you'll be listed in blacklists with troublemaker buyers...

    If the seller did not deliver the service you cannot rate him. I suggest that before ordering you contact a seller by sending a message next time. Also check if he has been online lately, and what is the response time. These will give you some idea about how active and responsive he is. In this case you may wish to cancel the order. Sorry you ended up ordering from this guy as it is frustrating when you end up in this kind of situation.
