How to increase a websites conversion rate.

Whenever someone starts out working online and is chasing that one dream to become rich, they never really get down and dirty on how exactly they are going to achieve it. They basically think "I'm going to sell this and be rich!"... but it doesn't work like that How to increase a websites conversion rate.

You have a website up and running? Awesome!
You've made a couple sales already? Great!
You don't have a sign up form? What?
You don't try to upsell? What the #*@&!?!?!?!

People think they can throw a website together and get rich overnight. Sure you can make a few sales, but that won't make you rich. A few small tweaks to your website can turn those few sales a week into a few hundred sales in the same timeframe How to increase a websites conversion rate. Wouldn't you want that?

Ok, so here we go How to increase a websites conversion rate.

Add a sign up form that will allow them to get updates on your website, a newsletter. You won't get a ton of people filling it out just because it's there. You'll need to give them an incentive in order to add their information How to increase a websites conversion rate. People love free shit and that's what you're going to give them. Look up some ebooks for your niche and buy them, a PLR (private label rights) ebook will work best because you won't get sued lol. On your form, or near it, you will have to put something like "Get (ebook name) for free just by signing up to our newsletter! A $XX.XX value" You'll get a lot more sign ups just doing this one little thing. Hell, you can even advance this one step further and have it as an automatic download after they sign up just so you don't have to do anything How to increase a websites conversion rate.

Getting free email sign ups are nice, but making money off of those people is what you want to do. If they signed up for your free ebook and newsletter, they are in the same niche and are interested. So send them "newsletters" on stuff you can sell them. This is done pretty easily by setting up automated emails through something like mailchimp or aweber. You can set up a bunch of automated emails that send out whenever you want like on day 1, day 5, day 10, day 30, etc. Each of these emails can capitalize on someone who may be interested in purchasing from you.

Another way to increase your conversions is to use the number 5 or 3 in your final price. For example, would you prefer to purchase something that was $145 or $149? Most of the people reading this will choose the $145 price tag because it saves them a few bucks. Not imaging if your competitor is selling 100 of these a day and you undercut his/her price for the same item. Do you think you'd sell more? The answer is Probably lol How to increase a websites conversion rate.

People are so burnt out on seeing 99 at the end of everything, so if you put a 5 or a 3 in there then they will feel like their saving even more money.

You can also give incentives on your services or items. Like if someone buys a service or item from you, you will give them a bonus gift for free. Remember, people love free stuff How to increase a websites conversion rate.

Oh great stuff Razzy. I love what you have said about the email list. I don't really send my readers anything to buy simply because I blog, so I have my blog broadcast set up so every time I publish a new post it sends an email to my subscribers letting them know about my new post.

It works beautifully. The thing is that if you don't have a subscribe form and an email system what is going to bring your readers back to your website again? Well probably nothing right?

It is essential to start a list the way I see it.

Thanks for the tip for using 5 or a 3, that makes perfect sense. I am so tired of the 9.99 game. It really annoys me. I like to see a nice round number without the 99 at the end and I can certainly see why seeing $145 instead of $149.99 will be so much more appealing! I am going to give that tip a go!

This is actually quite funny. I've never really had a website for starters, and I've never really "liked the idea" of upsells. Even though I would love to earn the money from upsells. - However, whenever I've sold my ebooks, I've just sold them. In full. My clients have got everything for a one time fee. And I've also given away undisclosed bonuses within the product too. - And I know.. I could probably have made way more money than I did, just by adding one single product as an upsell, but nah.. I don't know.

I've never really done things "as you should do it", but that's basically because I've always wanted to find my own way so to speak.. And sure, it's a living hell sometimes.. Especially during the time when you realize that you could have earned $1500 extra by doing 1 single thing different.. But that's life, I guess.

When I launched my websites, I did not have unrealistic dreams that my websites will make me rich. I dream was rather a small one. I dreamed of making around $150 per month in the first year and double the figure in the second year. However, I did not even reach half of my target.
I am already getting moderate traffic. Traffic conversion and increasing revenue are my main concern now. I sell affiliate products on my websites (one of my websites is an affiliate store), however, I am not making good money from affiliate marketing. I have done social media marketing (both free and paid), I have build backlinks, done SEO etc, however, nothing seems to be working.
I found your tips very useful. May be I will try with sign-up forms and upsell.

This is a nice discussion for a newcomer to a business website because I didn’t know about that form that will give the clients the benefit of an email subscription. But on the other hand, some clients are not amenable to email newsletters because it will just clog the inbox. I am speaking based on my experience that most of the marketing emails I receive go straight to the spam folder of my email. Whenever I have spare time then that’s the time that I can check those marketing emails.

Building the right landing page is always a good idea. I've seen so many customer sites that were built just horribly and didn't even have any conversion forms or phone numbers on the site. There was always a feeling that they were just making a presentation of their product, but did not want to get a sale. In the team https://mediaonemarketing.com.sg/c...ion-cro-service/ often offer to do a/b tests and offer good ideas for headlines and commercial offers to encourage sales
