    I was level 2 but had some issues so back to 1. Doesn't matter everywhere else level 2 or top rated 100? because we always deliver on time and quality

    I find it curious that you are still level 1 but you have 17 positive reviews. You have a good respond time, I don't see what's wrong. Please check Mike's link Users Levels page and figure out what your missing so you can get level 2.

    my response time is in fact less then a hour, however seems the system is here a bit slow knowing that Back on Seocheckout, starting of good already, I am always connected and responding and certainly i always deliver quality we have even a file for the client with more then 100 of services we provide!

    That's good, and I wish you luck with your services here. This is a great platform and as long as you are committed and make sure that you deliver a good quality service, you can expect to do very well. I joined more than 2 years ago and I there has not been a day since then that I did not log in here! The more active you are the better, and I recommend being active on community discussions too as you can learn a great deal here as well as show that you are an active member.
