If a buyer cancels a lot of orders, will he be banned here in the same way he would at another Marketplace?

How many orders would define a lot? This is up to the discretion of the marketplace support team. It depends if the buyer is canceling with legitimate reasons, canceling after receiving services, or other factors. For instance, you got a ton of orders and the buyer changed their mind and wanted to canceled and the seller already started to work on the order, then the buyer could reject the cancelation request. However, if the buyer is canceling because the seller is unresponsive than they may do so.

If you're having any trouble with a buyer canceling many orders after ordering you could try to resolve it with the support team.

Hi Thanks for your question. I think if buyer cancel lot of orders for logical reason, this cancelation will not effect to buyer. For example: buyer purchase 50 quantities like for 50 url for 5000 likes and you committed to provide 500 like for 1 url. So, due to no mutual understanding buyer can cancel order. There nothing wrong. Or, you did job but that was misleading service. So, buyer can cancel order for misleading service provided. Or, you are late for deliver order, so buyer has right to cancel any order even 500 quantities. So, due to legit reason, if buyer cancel orders, he/she will not get any restriction.

I am not sure about this. I assume that the buyer has a reason behind the cancelations - have you tried to ask him or her what this might be?. It is strange if he has no valid reason at all as he is wasting time and having to go through the process of doing the cancelation request, and every time the money will need to be refunded. I think that the system/administration will probably be alerted when a lot of cancelations occur.
