You can't really accidentally buy a service. After you click on "Order Now", you're redirected to an order page, and then you have to check how you want to pay for an order. You have the option of continuing with the order, or just clicking away from the order in which will cancel the order. Since you followed through with the order, and decided to buy it, you're probably stuck with it, unless the seller is okay with you wanting a refund.

Software is not something what you buy every day, so you should read description carefully before you decided to click "Buy Now" button. I guess it's unfair to the seller to ask for refund since he / she provided you with what is described in title and description of service. Would you like this to happen to you? Someone buy something, keep it and you give money back! We have this problem many times. If this was me to buy something by really honest mistake i would feel shame to ask for money back just because i screw it...

Oh that is a shame i am mistakenly order an software

I am sorry to hear you made such a mistake but I do have to agree with Anwebservices here... software is I am sure not something that can be returned and refunded.

What kind of software? If you already downloaded what the seller delivered and its a one time kind of deal where you have full access if you have a copy of that software, then asking for your money back is pretty unfair to the seller since you can use that software and get your money back on the side.

On the other hand, if the seller can suspended your activity on the software and retract your license key or something then I think you should message him and explain you did a mistake and you don't actually need that software and you want your money back. I'm sure most sellers will understand that and help you with the refund.
