How to avoid False Guarantee Claim?

It's Second Time with me. I thought it's ok for first time, Because we don't expect all are honest. When I did my task Honestly and carefully, Then why some people claim a false issue and Guarantee invoked?

Recently I submit a task to my client after 4/5 hour, I saw a alert massage say your order is completed and reviewed. It's natural we all know, Then I open it and shocked The Guarantee invoked. Client Say another Vendor Claim this. I said the client how is this possible? I did my work honestly then why you believe others?

Is there anyone any idea to avoid this type of false claim.

I never had a buyer who did that to me and as far as I know if the order was completed there should not be any problem afterwards. I cannot speak from personal experience, but if you feel that the buyer is making a claim that is not substantiated, I suggest you contact support staff so as to have them look into it. Even though there is the guarantee, there needs to be a valid reason for the buyer to resort to it. If you were a bit more specific as to why this buyer is doing this, and what he is claiming or stating, it might have been easier to help you.

This happens more times than I would probably like to admit. This is a no questions asked type of system though. Once a guarantee is invoked there is nothing the support can do. You can still have guarantees just don't make it 100%, make something lower such as 20% to even 50% that way you're still getting paid for some work being done.

If you want to fully protect yourself from this, just don't use the guarantee feature at all. Instead try to use the coupon feature, this could actually help boost sales if you provide coupons to any "window shoppers" that may be lurking on the service page. Or if you don't want to use coupons you could also mark your service on sale.

The downside of this is that the service won't display that it is guaranteed, however you'll be protecting yourself from buyers whom only buy just to invoke the guarantee which is quite scammy, and bad for the marketplace for everyone.

Hi Foxseo thanks for your question. I think this is not possible to avoid false claim. Because, it is up to honesty. I see many times buyer doing same things. This time you got invoked for guarantee. But all buyers are not same and you know many fraud buyer moving here and there and try to get something free. Buyer reject order or refund money for several lame excuse. I think you know if he dishonest, you cannot do anything from seller part. He can show you 100 of excuse for refund order. I think if you do perfectly your job and if you have good evidence, you can contact with support about this issue.
