If support completed order for you, will buyer be able to rate negatively?

The support completed order for me as buyer asked for refund with no reason. But, can he still can rate my service negative or positive or not?

Yes, they will which is a good reason to do your job so well that support isn't involved.

I may be wrong but isn't it that once the order is completed, there will not be the possibility to input any rating / review.

Hi sanfora thanks for asking a technical question. I have faced such type of situation couple of times. Buyer also reject my order and asking for refund without no noticeable issue and I tried to persuade my level best. He just wants refund. So, I had to contact with support team and they complete order forcefully. I have surprised after some days. This buyer leave me negative rating on my service. And I quickly contacted with same staff and he said me, buyer can leave feedback within 1 month. Even staff remove feedback, buyer again can leave feedback. So, I think it is possible to leave rating, even staff order complete for you. Only cancel order will not applicable for leaving rating. But, both of you can recommend each other for cancel order too.

You can't deny the right of the buyer to leave a feedback, even if its negative. It's like freedom of speech, you can't stop someone saying what the think.
