Is there a limit to the total withdrawals one can make from PayPal to card?

Hi friends, I was wondering is there any maximum limit that one is allowed to withdraw every year from PayPal to the card/bank? Could there be any problems/restrictions applicable. I thought maybe some of you use PayPal and are aware of this.

There is limit on each withdrawal but i never heard of any yearly limit. For your own sake, better check PayPal's terms of services, just in case...

Yes I tried to look up information before posting this discussion but did not come across anything. So i hoped someone had a similar situation where you are still with a personal not a business account, and despite that you have withdrawals due to freelancing and other earnings such as those I receive from seocheckout. I do not want any problems if possible and I am a person who likes to be well informed and aware of any such issues preferably in advance.

I never had any issues regarding this at all since I upgraded my paypal account to a business account. When I still had a personal account (several years ago), they actually locked the account so I couldn't accept payments OR transfer funds. Once I had sent them the necessary details they wanted, they upgraded my account immediately and I've never had issues since then. The upgrade from a personal account to a business account took only 2 days. However, I've never had millions of dollars on my paypal account, so it might be some sort of limits regarding that. Besides that, I've never heard of any limits.

I was going over the Business account option last time but I was not sure it was the right kind of account for me. However I believe one needs to enter a business name etc to be able to opt for this type of account?

Oooh I had no idea about this! So if I want to cash out money from Paypal to my bank account there could be limits on this and I might not be able to cash out?

I haven't had any problem requesting payouts... yet. I'll have a look and see.

If I have linked my Paypal to my local bank account here... so from within my local bank account I can request withdrawal from Paypal. Do you think this means I have bypassed those limitations already?

If you are a verified user there should not be any problems. If you were never asked to submit documents they may limit your account though. That is as far as I know. I have always been a personal not business user, and when they had done this I had sent them the documents they asked for and since then I did not have any problems. But I wondered if in case I start to withdraw more often and higher amounts, there may be some similar action taken once again. I just hate the lack of information available.

Hi EliteWriter thanks for your question. I have been using paypal more than 5 years and usually I withdraw my earning by the Paypal and I linked the PayPal by payoneer virtual bank and I never see such limitation for my paypal account to withdraw to bank. And it has monthly limit to withdraw amount. But, it is depending on county to country. If you PP user from USA, you will get many facilities rather than other Asian PayPal user. And as per as I know PayPal can limit for any transition for non approve countries and if you personal user and if you transition suspicious any month, they may ask to re-verification your documents.
