50+ Verified Ways to Share and Distribute Your Affiliate Links Services Products or Offers Part 2

Following on from part one of my 50+ Verified Ways to Share and Distribute Your Affiliate Links Services Products or Offers. Here's another 10 ways and places to share and distribute your affiliate links. Part 2! I hope you'll like them so let's begin!

11. Relevant Forums

Forums are an excellent source for finding people who are interested in the same things as you. Whatever it is you have an interest, passion or hobby in, you can bet your back teeth you can find a forum about it. And forums are communities so they often have many users on them everyday, sharing and discussing the same sort of things you're interested in. You can't really just join and post your links and offers and things straight away though. You need to take some time to establish yourself on them first, build up some respect by helping people in their threads and posts and then later, when you have some rapport and respect, you can create your own threads advertising your offers, products or services using your affiliate links or website links. You can occasionally drop them into posts where they might be valuable to the OP or other readers, or put them in your signature area as well. Just don't pester and shoehorn people into visiting your links and let it happen naturally.

12. Relevant Blog Comments

Other peoples blogs can be a gold mine for promoting affiliate links if done right. The good thing about blogs is that there's so many of them all around one particular subject. And by placing a decent, valuable and insightful comment on a blog post, you can place your own site link or even a shortened affiliate link and provided the comment is of very good quality and value to the blog owner, it will likely be approved and then show on that page so that anyone else reading it can see it and visit it from your comment link. It's best not to use affiliate links in blog comments though as they are often flagged by spam filters and look ugly. Try to link to a landing page on your site or blog that is relevant to that blog post you're commenting on.

13. Quora Q&A

Quora is like Yahoo Answers but on steroids. The answers given to questions are much much more detailed and much much less spammy like. It's now one of the biggest and best Q&A sites on the Internet. On Quora, you can really establish yourself as an authority in your niche and answer questions with links in them as sources in the same way as you could with Yahoo. Only you'll need to make sure your answers are detailed and precise and only put links that are relevant and helpful to the OP's question. Since like Yahoo answers, people ask questions about everything under the sun, there's always going to be people asking about how to do something as an affiliate or something affiliate related or related to what you're promoting in some way. You can't really post affiliate links but you can link to your affiliate site.

14. Craigslist Ads

Craigslist doesn't allow affiliate links in the ads and actually enforce a strict policy of removing them. But they do allow links to another site that is related to the ad being created. But Craigslist can be an absolute gold mine in finding affiliates for things since it has so many millions of people using the site everyday looking for things. Whether it's a new sink for their kitchen or some tickets to the next festival. To ways to make money online.

15. BackPage Ads

BackPage is a site that is very similar to Craigslist but it's more of an Australian version. However it also has many millions of people from all around the world using it every day and can be used in the same way as Craigslist in that you can create ads on there using links in the ad. It's not as heavily moderated and doesn't have quite the same limitations and restrictions as Craigslist does so you can sometimes get away with putting an affiliate link in your ad. But just make sure your ad looks tidy and isn't cluttered with the things!

16. USFreeAds

USFreeAds might look like it's stuck in the 90's and in all honesty, it probably is. The sites look and way it works hasn't been updated since then. I think they've taken a "it isn't broke so don't fix it" attitude since then too. But being around since then, it's also very well known and has millions of people using it to find different things of all kinds, types, shapes and sizes. USFreeAds is actually Craigslist biggest competitor site next to BackPage simply because it's been around for much longer. But you can create ads on USFreeAds in the same way and can sometimes get away with putting affiliate links in them. However, it's much better to share links to your own affiliate site.

17. YouTube Comments

You might not realize it but posting comments on peoples YouTube videos can be a very lucrative way of earning affiliate sales. I'm not talking about just randomly visiting any video and posting a comment with your affiliate links on them. But treating them the same as you would when commenting on a relevant blog to yours. Post a very valuable comment and then at the end leave a link to your site or a page on your site that is related to that video. These have a very high stick rate and other people watching that video and reading the comments can see your link, click it and go to your affiliate site. You can post shortened links in YouTube comments as well. One of the best ways to do it is search for old videos in your niche and place comments on them. Most old videos get long forgotten about by their uploaders but still get new views/traffic to them so you can get away with posting a comment with a link to your affiliate site or even shortened affiliate links in them that links to an alternative offer to the videos one. Just make sure your comments are good and relevant!

18. Traffic Exchanges

Traffic exchanges are very old hat now. But they can still be worth while using. You wouldn't want to use it on a site or page where you have Adsense ads on as that's against AdSense TOS. But you can set up a squeeze page on rotation and earn views to that page by viewing other peoples sites. Some traffic exchange sites allow you to use auto surf bots on them to earn credits which you can use to get views on your landing or squeeze page. But the chances are, other people are doing this too so nobody actually really sees your site. That said, traffic exchange sites get new people who don't know much about that registering and using the site for the first time and may come across your site in rotation and it's possible to squeeze a few signups out of them. For it to be really effective, you should take advantage of around 10 of the biggest and best traffic exchange sites and use the same site/page across all of them which you can send users too.

19. Reddit Subreddits

Reddit is one of the biggest social bookmarking and social networking sites these days and you can be sure to find a subreddit that is related to what you are promoting as an affiliate. There's even affiliate subreddits. The trick to using Reddit to promote your affiliate links is not to run in blindly posting everywhere, but to become a part of the community, let people get to know you first. Comment on other peoples submissions with valuable comments and slip in your links if they are related and useful to what you're commenting on. Another good idea is that if you have an old Reddit account, you can create your own Subreddit and then other people can join and submit text posts and links to it, videos, articles etc etc they want to share and talk about. As you'll be the admin of this Subreddit, what you say goes and you can get away with posting your affiliate links or affiliate site links without the worry of the admin thinking you're up to no good and removing them. And since Subreddits can end up with many thousands of users in them which gets very popular, they can prove to be an excellent way to promote your affiliate links or affiliate site links.

20. Slideshare

Slideshare is sort of a mix of a social networking site and a Powerpoint presentation manager and aggregator. By posting slideshows that contain good valuable content related to what you're trying to promote, and they can be on just about anything you can think of! You can post to Slideshare and these are not only indexed in Google very fast but will likely remain on the site forever and go on to send you traffic to your site and clicks on your affiliate links. Just make sure the PowerPoint presentations you post are not low quality drivel and fun to play and view and you can attract visitors and affiliates with it.

And that's your lot! For today anyway. I hope you like the suggestions and will make good use of them. I hope they make you go "ah I didn't know I could do that" or "Hmm I will have to try this". And if you thought any of these were weird and wonderful, just wait until you read my next 10 ways and places to promote your affiliate site or links! I know you'll already possibly know about these sites/methods, but I guarantee you that my next 10 places/methods will be for sites you've never even probably heard of before but will be willing to check out and try none the less. 50+ Verified Ways to Share and Distribute Your Affiliate Links Services Products or Offers Part 2

Thanks for these great ways to distribute links. Your first 10 were things I am already doing, so I was waiting eagerly for the next one.

These are all great ideas and things I can start implementing. I just find that I am so busy with my websites and social networks as it is that I am not sure where I would find the time to add in networking on all of these sites.

I think maybe I should concentrate on just a few at a time and start building them up. I am on Reddit, Youtube and Quora. I have started networking a bit on Reddit when I get the chance... I'll give those a bit of attention in the next few weeks and see how it goes.
