Every day I drink 5 liters of drinking water. Is it good for me or not about health ?

It would probably be good for your health, as our bodies are consisted of mostly, liquid. Drinking insufficient amount of water would cause you harm. I think that level of water intake is considerable to be good for your health.

You may think drinking more and more water is good for your health, it is not good. Current recommendation is to drink as adequate for your needs(Around 2 liters)

Our kindneys are excreating around 1.5l of urine per day. Some with stools and sweat. However we produce water from our foods too. (Some originaly contain too much water)

If you drink much , it is called insipitus may be a feature of diabetes , too stress , or any drug indiced. Everything is harmful. Please get a check done

If you drink 5 ltr water every day it is good but you can adjust this amount as per your body weight. So go to the physician or nutritionist who can help you how much water you have to take in a day because sometimes taking more water may cause harmful for your body.

as far as I know drinking too much water is not bad for your health. Our body needs at least 3 ltrs per day. But if you always feel thirsty then you should consult with doctor. Because I drink 3ltrs water a day even when I don't feel thirsty..

I think I drink less than 1 liter a day.... It also depend on the climate where you live, metabolism, sweating or not (I don't sweat so much), etc.
ANyway you also have to count not only water, but all the drinks and also fruit aqueous, etc

I don't know how much water I drink everyday but I drink a lot of it, that's one thing I know for sure. I didn't drink much water till about 5-6 months ago, then a very knowledgeable and intelligent friend told me that it's good for you if you drink a lot of water because it makes you urinate a lot and more urinating means less toxins in body.

another way to get water into your system without drinking it so much, is to eat fresh fruits, and veggies Raw. fruits and veggies are made up of about 80% water, I eat these foods everyday and that way I can drink a bit less but I would recommend lots of water in general, as water heals the body on so many levels.

I drink around 4 glass of water. And some of the time even more than that. I think dehydration is common health issue in my area. And that can be avoided if one has an option to drink water on regular basis. I think those who drink water also have less issue with kidney and the diabetes. So this is definitely worth checking out in that case.

I drink about 2 liters of water on a daily basis. Water have lots of health benefits and if we do not take the right amount of water then we might start having health issues. I don’tthink it’s healthy to drink that much water. After all the universal recommendations
are two litters per day and you may be suffering from diabetes if you feel that
much thirst. I recommend you have your glycemic check and also your insulin levels
check as soon as possible. Have you been experience a lot of hungry? Maybe some
weight loss too?
