Is there a natural solution for calluses on feet?

My heels have become very rough since summer time, walking around bare foot outdoors and inside the house without sandals. I want to get rid of calluses now, so that my feet feel very smooth again. Is there any natural solution for foot calluses?

I would suggest you try a pumice stone. Also they say if you soak your feet in Listerine and vinegar with warm water it will help them out. Never tried it out though.

You can try this. Soak your feet in warm soapy water. Add a dash of castor oil and apple cider vinegar to the warm water. These will soften the hard parts of your feet. You can then wash off with a pumice stone.

I asked this to the manucurist in the salon. Her advice to me is to soak my feet in soapy water for 5 minutes. Then use a nail file or emery board to scrape the corn or callous. But scraping should be with utmost care. It is painful if the skin is chafed and the flesh is exposed. And for the guarantee that the callous will not come back, buy a new pair of shoes that is comfortable to your feet.

I read online that lime juice should be squeeze into warm water and the feet dump into the water for 20-25 minutes. You could try this and see how it goes.

Using warm water with some charcoal ashes to clean your feet can help you fix such issue. I would also advise that you reduce the time you spend walking around without a footwear.

I usually do what I see at Chiropractic center. They soak my feet in soapy warm water for ten minutes, then they rub my sole and toes with pumice stone, after some oily massage they apply a mix of lemon juice and baking soda. I have to wait about 5 minutes with that on, and then they wash my feet and rub them with some kind of rubbing board. Finally some super fresh cream and that's it. They are super soft.
