Best experience ever with Netflix!

For over a month, I have been unable to stream movies from Netflix on my Roku box. I even tried to delete the Netflix app and then add again. But when connecting the Roku to my Netflix account, it would not accept any activation code. But I still paid for it, because I can watch Netflix on my computer. Well, I don't have much time to watch Netflix so the service has gone unused for that time. Today I talked to a Netflix customer service rep and explained the situation with it not accepting the code. He said he would give us the upcoming month for free. Also, he walked me step by step through the process of fixing the Roku. Half an hour later, we can stream Netflix movies on our TV again, via the ROKU.

I've been a Netflix customer for ten years, starting out with the DVD subscription. And, time and again this company has surpassed my expectations on quality and customer service.

Just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to the awesome Netflix representative who helped us get our Netflix streaming back on the TV and say if you don't have Netflix please try it out and subscribe. The DVD package is a great option if you go to the mailbox regularly as they ship movies very fast. Or, if you are like us and just want the streaming option, it's an affordable way to get newer and classic TV shows and movies on your TV without a DVD player.

It's a great service. I can't say enough good things about the Netflix service. They are not paying me, i'm just an exited fan c:

Netflix is a very good company to associate with and I've been a customer for awhile. Just recently they went up on their streaming rates by $3.00 but only for new customers. This service is still a very good deal.

I'm such an avid fan!

Recently our internet has been suffering outages. And, my first thought was how I want to subscribe to their DVD/Blue-Ray plan so that we have entertainment even when the internet is out. This is important since our Roku only streams content when the internet connection is active.

Just don't cancel your Netflix subscription as they went up on prices for new customers and you won't be locked in at your original subscription rate.
