    Help please

    I need some computer help. I got this computer for Christmas but lately, it will start ticking and then shut down. My husband thinks that I got it from being on forums, but I am not sure. I do not know what to do. I have run avast and malwarebytes on it, and nothing pops up. What do you suggest that I do?

    Do your graphics blink on and off occasionally? If so, that could be related to your graphics card. If your graphics card blows, you will have to run your computer in safe mode until you can get the card replaced.
