What day is the most active for Pinterest users? Are there any reliable statistics on which day(s) are best for pins?

Like any other social media platforms, Pinterest too has its best time to pin depending on your target audience. Best time would be Saturday mornings. For fashion and retail, the peak time is Friday 3pm. Worst time is sharing during work hours. Pinterest users engage more to retailers and brands compared to Facebook.

if you ask me then morning between 5 and 7 am ET and in the evening between 5 and 7 pm ET. The site is also consistently busy though the day but has comparatively little traffic overnight.
