Facebook is an accepted means of communication. It is a never-ending virtual social gathering filled with adopted puppies, cute LOL kitties, baby announcements, viral articles and videos, events, groups, organizations and fan pages.

I like playing Facebook games as it's a fun way to pass the time on my mobile when I'm waiting at a stop light. I don't like just sitting there staring at the car in front of me. And, it keeps my mind from being bored at other times too.

I have my own freelancer page on Facebook and also a personal profile where I chat with my Facebook friends. Since I am working more now, I rarely have time to chat. Though I have been active in some groups there.

When Facebook was emerging, I created an account but I didn't pursue it because it didn't appear relevant to me. But as time went by, especially when images were allowed to be posted in Facebook, that made me interested. My Facebook account is my way of connecting to people in my circle that's why the majority of my friends in Facebook are people I really know like friends and relatives. I don't remember having a friend in Facebook whom I do not know personally.

I joined facebook in order to network with my friends. I followed the invitation request from my friend. When my online presence grew and I started writing online, I began using facebook as a platform to connect with my writer friends and clients. I also started using facebook to market and promote my writings. These days I use facebook for personal networking as well business networking. As an internet marketer, I can say facebook is the best social media platform to find your clients. They say there are 2 billion accounts on facebook.

I'm using Facebook to build authority in my targeted niches by growing my pages and groups to funnel traffic to my sites. Also I do have a Facebook selling site which I'm getting some income from. I'm also an Anime Hobbyist so I enjoy watching and posting anime on my Facebook anime sites.

I'm using Facebook as a shadow blogging platform and as an online store. I'm also using it as a platform for my movie and Anime streaming group sites. I think Facebook will soon give Google action for its money as Facebook gets bigger and better.
