    They both provide benefits. Google + is excellent for tech companies and facebook is very good to increase your networking.

    I think that Facebook is the best way to get most reliable social signal. I personally get best benefit from facebook. so, I recommend everyone to choose facebook. Facebook has best tech.

    You can get more traffic from facebook because facebook has more active users than the Google +. Further more, these days, everyone seems to be on facebook and since many people believe that G+ is a copy of facebook, they turn down Google + when compared to facebook. However, when it comes give social signal for seo G+ give more visibility. Facebook share does not appear on Google search by G+share are indexed by Google.

    I am not an authority on the subject but my comment is based on what I have been reading in this site from time to time. Facebook has more than 2 billion users and the activity there is great compared to the slow activity in Google Plus much more if you consider the lesser number of users in Google Plus. So I guess it is a given that Facebook is the best when it comes to social signals.
