Will I get banned from Facebook for advertising my Seocheckout link?

If I advertise my Seocheckout link (to my gig or profile), on Facebook Groups or my Facebook page, will I get banned from Facebook? Has anyone else been banned or reported for spam for doing this?

I've never heard of anyone getting banned for advertising Seocheckout. However, you will want to ensure you have permission to advertise in that Facebook group before posting any link. This will reduce the chances you are reported for spam, especially if others are allowed to post advertising links.

I was banned for spamming few Fanpages with my Seocheckout gig... so be careful.

Hi Sylvester,

seocheckout using Facebook Ads for advertising on a daily basis so I cannot see any reason why you would ever get banned for promoting anything Seocheckout related. Well, I would probably avoid any Facebook related Services as they would not like those.

If you're using spam techniques and anything else that violates the Facebook Terms of Service then than wouldn't be the fault of Seocheckout and would be a different story.

Karoshio

I had been wondering the same past few days. I have created a Facebook page for advertising seocheckout. What I am doing is giving direct links not only to my services but also the links to other outstanding seo services in seocheckout. By this, I think new users will start diverting towards seocheckout. So I need suggestions of I am in a correct path or not?

I got warning on Google+ for bumping my services with some BH gigs, but never had a problem on Facebook.

Maybe if you are using a direct link to the gig and not an affiliate link, then it would be alright to make a post about the gig on Facebook. You could always try to post your affiliate link there and see what happens. Though if you got banned over posting one link, you could actually lose a lot.

You could look for an advertising group on Facebook and then contribute for a few days before posting your first link. That technique usually works for me.
