What's the biggest mistake a blogger can make with SEO?

Are there any really big SEO mistakes that should be avoided? Of course, spamming search engines is always a bad idea. Can you think of others?

Not updating your blog at least once a day (or once a week if you are pressured for time), is a huge mistake that can make you slip out of search engine rankings.

Not using proper title and meta tags for the blog posts and not updating the blog frequently atleast once a day, even not updating the outdated themes and plugins installed on the blog is the biggest mistakes of a blogger can do with his/her blog

Blog post should be posted once a week or daily if possible with new tittles and descriptions. Add fresh content in blog that is written by you.

In my experience insufficient keywords on the contents or overstuffing keywords are the biggest mistakes a blogger does in terms of SEO. Those who know about keywords are tempted to use more keywords and those who do not know much about keywords do not have any focus keywords.
Another mistake is not having a proper title. While displaying search results, search engines give preference to their exact match. Therefore, a blogger should title the content accordingly.

So far, what I can think of is posting a duplicate blog. That will ruin the SEO capability of your blog and your website may even be removed in the index of search engines. That means your website will not be included in the search anymore. Especially if the duplicate content was taken from a popular blog and that blogger had complained to Google, that will put your website in hot water. I think even 1 line of duplicate content will do harm to the SEO capability of your website.
