    I have read in some discussions that keyword stuffing is a black hat SEO which means your site can get suspended by Google. The advice is to limit the keywords when you tag your contents during uploading to maybe 2 up to 10 keywords only. If more than that then it will constitute keyword spamming and can hurt your site. With the backlinks, I also have read a discussion that an excessive backlinks is also considered black hat.
