On yeah. Forgot that only the "meta keyword" is not, since "meta description" is very much useful when people search for your site or certain keywords.

Yahoo answer is very effective for this. You should participate in yahoo answer. You should give question and answer to yahoo. Then there will be flourishing of visitors in your site. While visiting yahoo answer you can give your site link. As a result you will get some visitors. Your given link would not count as do follow link. Because of yahoo answer regards it as no follow link. But you can get huge visitors by it.

The better the content the better your site will be. If you can not write yourself then ask someone who writes to do it for you. This will make your site so much better.

I agree with you 100% on this. I have been writing content for a few years now for those that do not enjoy writing content. It is a great way to have your site be built up when you have an experienced writer.

This means that longer, more "in-depth" articles are now going to start ranking well so it's starting to become even more important to give Google and your readers proper, well written content...

I agree with the first line of you list to create high quality and unique content. Take note that content is the backbone of the website so there is no website to speak of when there is no content. And content should be good which means it is well written with no spelling mistakes. It should also be relevant to the niche of the website. Furthermore, the content that you will upload should be original and not copied from another website.
