Jon from Seocheckout here Just wanted to take a moment to share some of the top SEO Tips of 2013 PART 1 which we see making the biggest impact since Penguin 2.0 hit. This is not just a personal review or an opinion - rather these methods have been collected amidst a myriad of some of the top internet marketing blogs out there as well as our own personal insight into gig sales involving SEO We do not claim to be an authority on the subject, but as many of you have come to know over the years we take pride in giving back to our community with the best advice we can possibly offer! In 2013 it is ALL about diverse manual backlink building & we are going to share a few tips and tricks with you to get a jumpstart on your SEO Efforts, this can even help you narrow down your gig search of what to buy when ranking your websites here on Seocheckout Although we will not personally refer any gigs, members are welcome to share their gigs & Experiences in responses below, regarding what is working for them & what might not work so well... This ever evolving method of getting backlinks is still relatively the same since you first heard about it. I am sure that it comes as no surprise that in today's SEO Climate, Article marketing is quite simply DOMINATING the spectrum right now. However, whereas before it was seen to go completely contextual - offering anchor texts with a wide array of tier 2 backlink structures linking to homepage or innerpages (no more than 2 per article) we have seen this method evolve in an interesting way which you might be surprised to hear. Instead of linking directly to your site - I would highly recommend linking to a Youtube video which you have put up in promotion of your website in the form of a review / testimonial. Which leads us into #2

Video marketing, especially with Youtube, is essential to use in conjunction with your Article Marketing efforts in 2013. The best part about linking to Youtube videos - is it allows you to be able to diversify your keywords just one step further down the link pyramid you are setting up utilizing this method. Utilizing a diverse batch of anchor text keywords in your articles which are linking to an even more diverse string of keywords in your youtube video will maximize the link juice given from this setup I highly recommend you utilize a case study of your own with two new site builds - use one with only contextual link builds and the other with this - See how many customers end up signing up to your newsletter stating Youtube as their source of origin





Establishing a solid foundation or even topping off your SEO Efforts in 2013 by utilizing Part 1 of our method strategy above should show you some amazing results Remember you will hear those out there who warn against buy gigs on marketplaces for SEO but usually they work for an SEO Firm who wants to sell you the same package for hundreds & Thousands of dollars more ;) Just keep in mind the more natural and diverse you appear to Google the higher you will rank - so order your SEO Gigs in moderation - because as momma would tell you - Too much of anything is bad for you! ;) Dont end up being one of the fallen soldiers that pumped 2 million auto approve backlinks via Xrumer into your new site and got it de indexed faster than it was indexed and wonder what happeened!
