    For me, natural link building is more about what fans do to help you advertise your site by linking to your pages. If you have really excellent high quality articles, tutorials and content, it won't be a problem attracting freely given, editorial style backlinks from your fans.

    From what I've read, Google emphasizes creating good content, but gives very few ways to get a backlink. Some of the more tried and true ways such as guest blogging for backlinks are now being looked down upon. And, that was once considered one of the most respectable backlinking techniques but over time spammers used it a lot too and Google got wise. Spam backlinkers have messed it up for everyone.

    Natural link building is exactly what the name suggests i.e. links that are created naturally without the website owner having to go and generate them either through guest posting, or other forms of link building practices.

    That's a hard thing.. natural link building could be difficult if you don't have a popular website (that others will build backlinks naturally!). But you can try with some RELATED websites (to your niche) and kindly ask webmasters for a backlink...

    When you say natural the manual style of link building comes to my mind. It is not easy work but when you get used to it then it will be a piece of cake. Spending 30 minutes every day to spread your backlinks in selected websites is a profitable and enjoyable chore when you see the amount of traffic that your website is getting. And when you upload contents then your website will be growing bigger.
