Are infographics a good way to get backlinks?

The advantage of publishing an infographic on your niche topic is how most times bloggers will use your infographic in their own posts and then provide an attribution link directly to the page where they found the infographic on your site. This type of editorial backlink is considered more natural by Google and preferred over other types of backlinks as they are seen as an endorsement by the site owner.

I have never used infographics as a backlinking tool. But I think that it is wise to do if you know how to do it. What a great idea Beverly.

Infographics get shared a lot. So though not all the time the links are created. But when they are getting created they have their own set of the things that may change. Like say if you have long image info-graphics. Nobody is going to share the link to image. But share the image itself. So your website name should be inside the info-graphic. So it can be one good way for the branding. And that seems to be the best approach for the back-link. Here the people may refer to your company domain in such case. So more benefit though not going to create the backlink all the time as well.
