    Well you realize that your question can't get a proper answer, right?

    Nothing can grantee a ranking position with 100% accuracy and those that do that are just advertising....

    And I say that because this depend on the previous action that have been taken with that website...

    If you are talking about a new fresh website the you will find many services around here that can deliver that

    Many in my experience. Using one backlink type will get you demoted in the next google update. Use a blend and variety.

    You need to use various techniques to rank high in Google on your desired keywords. But of course, you need to do those in moderation and not by blasting or spamming your links. Use "whitehat" methods in promoting your site on various sites. And of course, do on-page optimization.

    And it's not a one day work, you need to continually work to get into higher position.

    First make sure that your on page work is completely fine and then do off page seo for creating backlinks. Do social bookmarking, article, directory, forums & press release etc with unique and fresh content. And try to get backlinks from high PR sites. This work will help you to get traffic or top ranking on SERP.

    You are looking at it from the wrong perspective man - Gigs alone are not going to ensure your ranking to Page 1 - So many people want results without having to do any real work and not to be coy, it just doesn't happen like that these days. Instead of spending all that time searching out the miracle gig to keep your site on page one for $10 bucks a week, put in research on finding that golden niche to get in on before anyone else does - focus on quality content - and as for backlinks well, that is a whole other can of worms Top of Google

    But anything ranking on page 1 these days (mind you there are a few exceptions once in a blue moon that apparently seem to slip past a google algorhythm update - perhaps due to the time they choose to update & ping , I am not sure, but the point is it takes work. Keep grinding - thats the best advice anyone is going to give you. Once you get a site ranking manually, then you want to come in and maybe start experimenting with a link wheel gig here and there - some advertising - etc - obviously when gigs are used in the correct way, they can work as a catalyst and a major asset to any webmaster's arsenal - but don't get it backwards, one must come before the other. (Which came first, the chicken or the damn egg??) o_O

    Here is a an example - go to google, do a kw search for 'free tera guide' and hopefully google won't make me look like an idiot here (o_O) but in result #1 page 1 you should see freeteraguide.com
    This was a site which I registered a few months before the new MMO Tera was officially released past BETA, i never really knew what the sam hill I was going to do with the site, it was just a random niche Idea after seeing an advertisement for the game on Youtube & it just so happen to be an exact match. As you can see w/ keyword research 'free tera guide' isn't anything to write home about -but it is Low comp - 480 gms / 140 local so regardless it was a good sign when I initially started to experiment w/ backlinking & ranking the site. Mind you I registered the domain myself brand new before there was even really a market for this, so as you can see right there - having your foot in the door on niches & beginning to build them before the storm of traffic comes is Always key ;) Easier said than done of course, it took me years to master how to do proper research on domains / keywords / and actually know what the hell I was doing. Too many people get embarassed and let their pride get in the way of learning. I am where I am because I am constantly learning new things and trying new things every single day - BE CREATIVE & most of all diversify! Don't put all your eggs in one basket... Don't be scared to take calculated risks in order to find out if something works or not - because its one of the fastest evolving markets to be apart of - and as ole Ferris told us, Life moves pretty fast - if you don't stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it Top of Google
    Over the coarse of 3 or so months, spending maybe an hour every 2 days on the site & Optimizing it for other keywords / doing basic build / etc, clearly I had my foot in the door before anyone even realized there was a door, because literally I haven't touched the thing in months, it has become a closet domain just lingering around half finished, yet it still retains its #1 rank for multiple keywords in the tera guide niche... Initially most look at the site, do some simple seo analysis and wonder how in the hell google is still giving authority to my site over the others out there.. Well, the proof is in the pudding - manual labor - plain and simple.

    Sorry for the rant, i really need to quit doing that lol, but I hope sharing this stuff helps someone at some point, then my time on this board will not have been ill spent Top of Google

    Promotion, promotion, and promotion. Of course, you also need to optimize your site so that search engines can show your site on the search results. tacitinc's post is definitely a good read...

    The best way to get to the top of Google is by publishing highest quality content. You can't simply purchase a package or gig and get instant results. If you purchase a package, be sure the person doing the backlinking work is using only legitimate, not blackhat methods. That's the safe way to go, better if you prefer not to risk your site. That's true whether you buy a gig or do the backlinking work for yourself.
