What are some of the best words to use in creative ad copy online (or offline)? Which words invoke the best response from a consumer who is seeing your advertisement?

Use words like you and your instead of I and me. People want to know what your product will do for them.

Using I/me in sales literature appeals to self interest. Most people are self oriented, meaning they will be attracted to sales print/media that advertises an option to solve a problem they may have. This is not selfish but about self survival; it's a basic of humanity.
