What do you expect when you buy an article or blog post?

If I'm buying a blog post or article I will expect the following things from my writer:

Good communication skills, clear grasp of English language
Good research skills
Excellent proof-reading, no typos (I don't want to proof the articles I buy)
Ability to work well with instructions provided, in any niche
Ability to meet a deadline

What are some things you expect from your paid writers?

If I say that I want a specific thing from the writer, then I don't want them to come back a week later with something completely different. While I appreciate creative input from the writer, I have my own site needs in mind when I give instructions and expect them to be followed.

MY first expectation is original. When I am buying an article, I want it to be the only copy. There should be no other similar work. I also want a unique article. By unique, I mean the article should not have issues with plagiarism and duplicity.
I also want to article well written, covering the entire aspect of the topic, the article should also contain 3-4 keywords.

That's the same thing I will be looking at as well if I want to buy articles for my blogs or sites. However, I do most of my writings and only have to pay for articles at times when I am not a pro at the field where the article that I want to write on is niched.

I am also a writer and I don't buy articles. However, sometimes I have to buy articles. For instance, I once was set up a website on women fashion and I did not know anything about fashion. Well, I could research and write articles on this niche, however, it would take a lot of time. I hired a writer to write for me.

I am a freelancer although I am not a paid article writer. But when I will offer my services for that work, I will show my previous work and assure my client that I am well versed with the niche or subject and that I can write clearly which is easy to read. I have seen many articles with a lot of information but I get confused because it is not easy to read with the complex sentences and not common words that were used.
