Why Seocheckout is not accepting Credit Card for Fund Transfer?

Hello Guys,

I am facing a problem while adding funds to my Seocheckout account.
It says

High risk of fraud detected, please use another payment method. 8098

Now please let me know how should I add funds to my account. I need it to purchase GIGs here.

I have figured this out now, It is only accepting credit or debit cards issued by VISA.
When I tried credit card of masterCard in denied, but it works when using even VISA debit card.

Here in INDIA there is a problem with paypal. It is not allowing to put funds in paypal account for more than 7 days. It automatically transfer funds to account after 7 Days.
