Hello everyone, i am in need of some big help, I have recently, bought something for $25.00 and once i bought it, i choose i did not want it anymore so i cancelled it and everything went fine. When i bought the service i used my Paypal account, so therefore i would think it would return the $25.00 to my Paypal, instead, it returned it to a SEO ballence or something like that. I need the money put back into my paypal account! How do i do this!? Please help!!!!!

I don't believe it can be transferred back into your PayPal, as it states in Section 22 in their TOS (Terms Of Service), under the "Mutual Order Cancellation":
"Both, Buyer and Seller may at any time mutually cancel the order without a negative effect on the seller’s rating. Money from cancellations will be refunded to the Buyer´s Seocheckout account balance."
You could always try to contact support via email, but it clearly states above otherwise.
