I've got a negative feedback which is pure crap!

I received a negative feedback.. The reason was "very slow".

I understand that there's always a risk of getting negative feedbacks but the delivery time is set to 24 hours and I delivered the service in about 1 hour. (~70 minutes or so).

Upon delivery I always tell my clients this:

"Money-Back Guarantee!
Unsatisfied with my service?? Please contact me before leaving feedback.
You will NOT get a refund if you've already given me the feedback!"

Instead of asking for a refund he gave me a negative feedback... When I delivered 23 hours before deadline.. Reason: "Very slow" ... Seriously?!

Do you think I could get this feedback removed?

Don't bother, the sooner you forget about it, the sooner you live on. Couple of negatives hurts no one. When offering $3 services, you have to deal with many people that don't know how things are done. Some expect you to optimize their site on a 6-month company level contract for couple of bucks.

If you think this negative will hurt your rep, give that buyer a negative feedback as well:

Finished his work in 1 hour

Stay away from this buyer

That's it I

I feel for you because I'd be mad as hell too, but the reality is that it's near impossible to maintain 100% positive feedback long term because there will ALWAYS be some moron out there who just doesn't "get it" and expects something unreasonable. You can't please all the people 100% of the time.

It's still worth a shot to contact support and provide them the time evidence to show that the buyer is wrong (and, no, the customer is NOT always right, as shown here). Dillon from support seems to be a reasonable guy.

And, yes, I agree with "mqss" above that you should leave negative in return because you honestly did have a negative experience with that buyer, and you can explain why.

I wouldn't care too much if the feedback would have been legit. Negative feedbacks are something you'll have to get used to when you're doing business online.. I know all that. I wouldn't care if I delivered late for instance. The buyer would have an actual reason for leaving negative feedback in that case. I'd just be more careful and try to deliver things faster in the future but when someone leaves negative feedback with a crap reason like this, I care. I can't say my reputation is on the line here but I can't agree with the reason for the feedback. I know that some people are expecting outstanding results and all that, even for $3 services, but I over-delivered & delivered on time so I can't see any reasons for being punished with negative feedback.

I've given the buyer negative feedback too, but he's a buyer & I'm a seller so I'm obviously more punished..

Despite how negative I feel towards Support right now, I would still at least send them all of the information and attempt to get it removed. It's definitely worth a try. Things like this shouldn't happen, and it's unfortunate certain people have to be the way they are.

It's almost as though they think you're a magician; one whoosh of the wand and everything is set up and completed without batting an eye. I applaud you for being so swift, as a lot of sellers just sit on the orders that come in, not being in a great hurry.

It's worth a try!!!

If feedback is left on your service and it's clearly 100% without doubt false you can always contact the helpdesk for it to be reviewed for removal. There's a lot of reasons why feedback won't be removed but there's also plenty of situations out there when the removal is perfectly just.

Of course it would be best and preferred to first contact the buyer about any issues and see if things can be worked out so they will be happy to edit it themselves.

have you contacted him and asked why they left you the negative feedback? Or if they would be willing to remove it since you delivered on time.
