    @ zainshuja. sure they can but remember that MANUALLY is the keyword here. Manual job is far better than the automatic ones in the long and short run as your backlinks wont be seen as spam by Google and downgraded.

    4. Then submit 100-300 high pr blog comments.

    For me, the easiest backlink with quality is blog commenting. Choose a very popular blogger with the same niche as your website. Read a blog that catches your fancy and post a nice and interesting comment. Of course, your backlink is in your signature. If the other readers of that blog take notice of your comment then there is a tendency that your backlink will be clicked and therefore you get traffic. There are a lot of popular bloggers in your niche so you will not run out of SEO work with blog commenting.
