How to have a happy client

Have you ever wondered how you can have a happy client so they return for more and more work? Well, there are a few steps that you can do to ensure that you will have a repeat buyer.

First off, make sure that you have open lines of communication. This is ideal in making sure that a job goes smoothly. If you are not willing to have communication with them, via Seocheckout or if you are not working through the site, then email, phone, Skype or other methods, then you will be sure to fall flat on your face.

Second, you need to ask questions. If you don't understand a job, then ask questions til you do. No sense in doing a job wrong just to have it done by the deadline! Be certain you understand what it is that the client wants.

Third, let the client know how the job is going. Even if it is just a quick message to let them know you are working on it, or it is halfway done, or whatever, can score bonus points with you.

And finally, when you are done with the job, thank the client for allowing you to work with them. This says that you are very professional.

Very good tips. Keeping the client in the loop or updated on your progress is essential. Sometimes, when I'm busy all day, I might not have time to message a customer as the day goes along, but will take time near the end of the day to update the person on my progress. This is important as they might not even realize you are working on the project. This is especially important if you are working under a pseudonym such as with forum posting or blog comments and not your real name (or the one you used on seocheckout).

With my experience in retail business, my description of a happy client is one who is satisfied with the products and services that my company provides. There are stores that sell good and cheap products but the service is so bad that I don’t return anymore. With a good service but not so good products, there’s also no reason to return. In other words, I am equating my happiness with the happiness of my clients. If I am happy with the kind of service and products that we provide then most likely my clients will also be happy.
