Your greatest asset is yourself. You are your greatest asset and you will always be able to make more money while other assets may perish, go down in value or become a liability.

No correct answers yet but some of you were very close.

Hint: most people consider their house or 401k their greatest asset. The correct answer is one that everyone has and most people don't think as an asset. It isn't an emotion or a way you act.

Thanks

Why your daughter?

Because the only reason I really care about making money is for her, to make sure she always has everything she needs What is your greatest asset?

But your daughter isn't the asset, you are. You are making the money. Your daughter would be considered a liability.

And without her, I wouldn't really care about making money. There would be no real motivation for me to do anything lol.

Asset - Noun
A useful or valuable thing, person, or quality

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

She is useful because without her I wouldn't have the motivation to do most of the things that I do. She is an asset because she gives me the motivation and to make money, In general I couldn't give a crap about making money.

Liability - Noun
The state of being responsible for something

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

I guess she is an asset AND a liability seeing as I am responsible for her. That still does not remove the fact that she is what drives me to make money in the first place. What is your greatest asset?

I'm in agreement with aayush19. I even like to think of the house I live in as a liability and not an asset simply because it sucks funds from my pocket continuously rather than generating any money.

It is key to point out that Jordan said the house you live in. Income generating properties like rental units are still an asset.

I put my heart and soul into whatever I do and for me that is my greatest asset, my ability to pour myself into the job so that I'm fully immersed. In this way I am always happy with my work and never begrudging work thinking that I could be doing something better.
