I'm not solely relying on freelance work and have other sources of income. But the freelance work does give me some extra money I would not enjoy otherwise.

Not a full time job for me but the extra money does come in handy.

To be honest I earn more as a freelancer than I used to earn when I was in full time employment. I have been working online for quite some time and I am liking the experience so far. I am into writing, online selling, forum posting, I do micro tasks at times and I earn a decent amount from online tutoring.

I earn just a little as a content provider for forums since I don't have much time to spare due to my full time job in the office. But as per my estimate, my earnings will not reach the level of a living wage even if I go full time in freelancing work. Perhaps I need to have my own blog to have an added income with a chance to get an article go viral and earn more. My present scope of work cannot give me a decent amount of earnings.

Quick Answer: Nope

Long Answer: I'm just earning $300 a month from doing various online work, converted to Philippine Peso with a $3 = PHP 52 exchange rate net that's only PHP 10,400. The current minimum wage here is about PHP 18,000 or about $550 a month for entry level low rank employees and with that amount one can't even support a family with kids.
So I'm just earning $300 online per month and I use the money for extra school allowances of my kids and to pay for my internet service and for Pizza.
