I sent my $ by mistake, which is not an email of any paypal account & payment not received.

Hey , I needed to withdraw funds from my so clerks accounts to this email [email protected] but by mistake i did it on a wrong mail which is not an email of any paypal account so payment is not received successfully sent from Seocheckout . I request you to give me a solution.Can i get my $ back?Please help....

Sounds like you need to contact support either by submitting a ticket HERE, or contacting them via email HERE.

They usually just credit the money into your account, as they don't refund outside the marketplace. It may also be useful to read over the TOS as well, just to know the policy for such a situation.

It's great you have already contacted them!

As I've had told you before, they usually don't refund the money, as they just keep it as credit on your account.

I don't have anything to do with the way things are in the marketplace, as I just moderate the forum to keep it clean of spam and to guide buyers and sellers in the direction when they need help. All you can do now is wait, or just keep emailing them or submitting tickets.

If the email id is not owned by anyone else already, make the email id which u have provided by mistake, and join that email id to your paypal .. You will get your money to your paypal I sent my $ by mistake, which is not an email of any paypal account & payment not received. .. I am sure this helps .

You can simply go to Paypal and add that email address to your account.

Before that just you need to create email id for it after that add it on your paypal,after that paypal will send conformation email to newly added email to conform it.after you can get your money.

I highly doubt that your money will be refunded. You have added that account consciously and it's your fault only. I'm also sure that their 'Terms of Service' state that refunds will only be granted for undelivered work, so any opened dispute against their PayPal account will get your Seocheckout account limited/closed, which is normal.

If you are lucky and your money didn't go out, but only was marked as processed on your profile, then your balance might be added back. There will surely be an investigation about this, and they will come with solution that pleases both, their 'Terms of Service' and their service to you.
