Professional Very Unprofessional

I purchased a gig from someone on here and after it was paid for I had a question for the freelancer. I think he is very unprofessional for not replying to any of my emails. We are talking about weeks here, not hours or days. I also emailed him about another potential gig two months ago and he dropped the ball on that as well. What should I do? Do I give him a negative review like he deserves?

It's unfortunate that this provider's post customer service falls short. Unfortunately, many providers don't understand the value of providing good after-sales customer service to customers - and how by doing so it will make those customers even more loyal to them and more likely to do continued business with them. They fail to understand the lifetime value of a customer and just look at every transaction as a quick sale instead of an opportunity to build a solid customer relationship. Oh well, that's an entire course in itself!

But as far as giving them a negative rating for a particular service because of that, I don't think so. Your review and rating should be based one moment in time, and that is how you felt about the service once it was fulfilled. Anything after that is a whole 'nother issue and you can decide to keep doing business with that seller based on that or not.

P.S. Another thing to consider is that maybe the seller is not active on the site anymore. Check their last login time if you haven't done so already. Then you'll know for sure if their really ignoring you or maybe they;re just inactive for whatever reason...maybe personal or other...you never know.

Thank you very much for your input, I will take it into consideration. Not sure if you know the answer to this question but I will ask anyway since the seller is not getting back to me with an answer.

I purchased this gig:
Revamped for March 2014 Rocket your site from BarryinSiam.

Ever since I purchased this gig I've been receiving a lot of emails from my WordPress site letting me know I have "trackbacks". Do you know if this is related to the gig I purchased and if so do I accept? I don't really have a blog so I don't have "comment boxes". You can view site at Artistic Images Photography in Huntington Beach CA if you'd like to see what I mean. Please let me know what to do next if anything???? Sorry I'm a newbie to this!
Thanks, Denise

Tracksback notifications telling you there was a link placed on another site/blog. I get the same thing on my blogs. I had briefly checked out his gig, and I read "Multi-tier links". I'm understanding that as different types of backlinks to your blog. I could be wrong, but I'm sure that's what's happening. So you're just getting the notifications of the "Multi-tier links" that he's distributing as part of the package. Professional Very Unprofessional

No, actually I would advise you to delete them. If you don't, the link of the site it was put on will remain, therefore making it a reciprocal link, which search engines frown upon.

So the sites are advising you the backlinks aren't sticking? If this is the case, I would contact the seller just to let him know. Provide him with the same information you just provided me with, because he may not realize the links he's putting out aren't sticking, and he should be able to give you some clarification on that.
