When I Place An Order Or Go To The Services I Like...It Starts Acting Weird....Anyone Else Having Issues? (PLEASE REPLY)

I Ordered A Service From Someone And The Page Did Not Load All The Way...So I Refreshed It And It Ordered Twice...And Also Messages Are Not Sending Properly...Anyone Having Issues?
