    Hello Friends,
    I recently noticed that my seller level was demoted from Level 3 to Level 1. I was told User Level is automatic.
    Has anyone experienced such?

    Are you prompt about responding to your buyers who send private messages? Your response time is factored into your user level.

    @Riley, i always respond on time to any buyer or order.
    @natural Writer, i have Submitted a ticket. I was told i User Level promotion/demote is automatic.
    Also, i was informed to check my account to see banned Status.

    Hmmm... I wouldn't have a clue.
    There would have to be a reason, unless you were Level 3 before the change over...
    Were you away for a time, then came back?

    This is due to them changing the user levels a while back. Many users lost their levels. Simply send a ticket to the help desk and explain your issue and they should be able to fix it.

    Recently, they updated the user levels and now new requirements are in place. Some members lost their user level and was demoted as a result. Just read the new user levels requirements to see what you need to do to bring your user level back up to what it was before. I'm sure it will be something very simple to do.

    You cannot lose your level for no reason, you must no longer meet 1 or more of the requirements.
