Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ

Recently a user 'tried' to scam me by ordering my services then rejecting, after further inspecting he offers similar services to mine. I suspect his only intention was to give me negative ratings. Thankfully this is the first time something like this has happened in the couple of years I have been here.

I think an option to block certain people from ordering from me if I suspect that they are a scammer would be useful.

Agree with you, recently a user also tried to scam with me, he ordered my service and just after delivery he given me a negative rating because he is selling same services as me, i think he done this to reduce competition Block people from ordering your services

Yes we can but that order will be counted under cancelled orders :/ but with this we can directly block user, sometimes if you are out and can't open Seocheckout for 1 or 2 days then the 24 hour cancel is not available.

Yes Certainly it happened for me many times. Buyer purchase service from us, When we deliver the work They reject the work without a reson and try to give negative feedback.

Our work is waste in that time. So I bump Block a User feature

Blocking a user would be helpful, if you are not sure about a user or heard bad things about them simply block them and don't let them waste your time. Block people from ordering your services

How would you know a user is a scammer ?? Just by getting orders ?? I know lot of members here who do reselling the services like buying from reputed member and selling it on higher price in Seocheckout itself ..

I like this idea about an 'ignore user' feature. I don't like cancelling orders. This would be a much better way to handle troublesome buyers than just having to make the best of the situation.

Yes, an option in the Gig Edit / Settings page would be great where a list of members you don't want to buy from you can be added. Block people from ordering your services

or An option on the User Settings page where a list of members can be kept that will not be able to buy any of your services, this would be a lot simpler than having to add members for each of your services as some people do have a lot of gigs. Block people from ordering your services

Either way, I think it is a really good idea! Block people from ordering your services

This happened to me a lots of time for my traffic service. i said in the description that with my visitors bounce rate will be high even though a buyer purchased my order a lots of time. i confirmed him with massage that bounce rate will be high but he said ohk. then when i delivered the order he put negative review instead of canceling the order. And when i look into his profile i saw he is selling all traffic service.

An option in every Users Profile "Block this person" as Report , can be used instead of ignore???

Ignoring Will be good coz we don't have problem with user we have problem with his order and his bad comments on our service and profile So why should take his order?. He will try to order for leaving bad review. Ignore OR block the user Option will keep him disable to comment or order in specific users profile and service.

Isn't it something?

A lots of people are buying this services everyday for their live-hood and to earn more money . And they know that very well what they are buying. A lots of services coz so many people are buying what's wrong in that!!!!!!
