Am I allowed to list a service on Listing Dock that is the same as one I have on Seocheckout? Is this ok to have the same service listed in both marketplaces?

Yes you can list but use different title and description because it is necessary to prevent duplicate content.

Exactly. Duplicate content will cause google to hate both sites.

Thank you for the clarification. I'll try to list some of my services (with new and unique description/title) on Listing Dock, if it fits.
