    buyer want to pay half money after taken delivery work

    hello administration ,

    i need help buyer made a bid of 100k and want 150k okay i was ready to give , now when i saw the buyer behavior i get disappointed buyer took work and want to cancel order or want half pay although doing 1000 of cooperation his behavior is not good at all i need help from administration
