Hello,
I'm sorry if this is mentioned already. I couldn't find anything similar too this topic.

Here goes:
I've been looking for ways to contact my affiliates. The people who signed up using my affiliate id. I can't say that this goes for everyone but I personally feel that I have a "connection" with most of my affiliates. In some way.

That means, at least in my book, that some of them are trusting me. (the ones who remembers me from the time when they signed up etc. That'll obviously depend on how you got them in the first place.) So, that said, I'd love some kind of option to send them a message to their inbox. I know this can be done already by visiting their profiles one by one, but it involves tons of manual work and I'm looking for an option to send all of them, or some of them a message with the click of a button.

I like this idea and being able to train and communicate with one's own affiliates would be so beneficial especially since many affiliates sign up with no idea of how to use the site or how to earn money, or even place an order. What are some of your ideas for how to implement this suggestion? There will be concern on how some bad users will use it to spam endlessly if it was just a one click option. We want to hear any ideas you have for making this work.

Yes, Seocheckout affiliates.

I like this idea and being able to train and communicate with one's own affiliates would be so beneficial especially since many affiliates sign up with no idea of how to use the site or how to earn money, or even place an order. What are some of your ideas for how to implement this suggestion? There will be concern on how some bad users will use it to spam endlessly if it was just a one click option. We want to hear any ideas you have for making this work.

Well.. My first thought was simply having a feature within your inbox. I'll show you with these examples.

Having this feature would allow you to send instant messages for all your affiliates. Which in my opinion could be great to promote a special discount offer for your affiliates only, sharing useful tips & tricks, Etc.

One of the risks with this, would be the spam. Just like you stated. One way to minimize that, could be by having a "block messages" option.

When your affiliates receives the message there could be a "button" simply stating. "Block messages from this person? - CLICK HERE!" and any future messages using the "affiliate messages" would automatically become blocked. See below picture.

You could even make this feature earned by some requirements. Like the userlevels.

Example in case you'd have this within userlevels:

Requirements

You must be an affiliate

Login Very Often (once per X days)

Have no Infractions (follow the rules)

Must have X unique affiliate sales

Benefits

All benefits of level x-x

Ability to send messages to your affiliates.

Another way to minimize spam would be by having a limit on how many messages you can send. 1 message per 7 days or something like that. This should lead to quality messages & minimize the risk of spam.

Well, that's about everything I've come up with so far.
