    I am a newbie that just started creating websites to promote here. How do I know if my order is truly delivered? And how can I found out the response of the audience to the promoted sites?

    once you deliver an order, you will see it written that your order has been delivered and will be marked complete in 5 days. to find out audience responses to your new promoted site, if you are using wordpress or other webscript that has comments section, you will see your online visitors comments after any writeup in your site. just leave the comment section open. also you drop your website here in the right thread for reviews.
