Delivering the Attachment

Hello!

I find it very difficult to send the attachment while delivering the order or sending it through PM. It gets stuck in between most of the time and doesn't move further then I have to restart the process. And we can send only 50MB, the limit should be increased, 50MB is nothing.

You could always share a link to a Google Docs spreadsheet or document. I do not think there is a rule against that, so long as the contents of the file do not violate Seocheckout TOS. There should be an option on each document or spreadsheet that you create which says 'get link' or similar so you can simply paste that link into the delivery box to allow your customer to see it. This might be necessary if you have very large documents to deliver or need to deliver multiple documents but don't want to use zip file option.

You are sure that an MS document or spreadsheet is not supported?

Have you tried it?

Recently, I had to deliver a spreadsheet of links to an Seocheckout client and it allowed me to upload in the MS format. You should be able to do that too. If you need to upload more than one file at once you will need to compress into a zip file and upload.

i have also noticed that too. when i am uploading, it do get stuck in the middle. what you can do is to upload it to any file-strage site and send your buyer the link or you can break it into smaller parts for easy download. as per the issue of MS excel and word format, just zipp them up using winzip or winrar and upload it to your buyer. simple!!!

Making a zip file of any unsupported file format will allow you to get it uploaded easily.

As far as 50MB file size is concerned, I think there is also an option in WinRAR to split the file (keeping all parts <50MB) while keeping it zipped and when the user has all the zipped parts, they just have to unzip one of the file to get the complete file.

I am sure there is no limit on the no. of files you can upload.

eljefesco, you are most welcome,. that is how i do mine. another thin g also is that you make sure you upload in the dead of the night when everyone is asleep because that is when network will be less congested and fast.
