Order pending?

Why order get pending ?
buyer can't provide the required information or anything else ?
and how we solve this problem?

I find it annoying when buyers order and then don't submit the info until hours later. Why the delay? I find quite often that buyers like that are confused about what they purchased and become difficult to deal with later on.

Yup.. but i noticed that buyer not submit the required information for a long time
i send PM but they don't reply ..

This happens to every seller at one time or another and likely it's just an accident. If they have not submitted the information needed, you might have to cancel the order, if that is a possibility. If not, submit a help ticket to Seocheckout and ask for their assistance in canceling the order.
