Wordpress Plugin: Safe Redirect Manager (I need help)

So I have just installed the "Safe Redirect Manager" plugin on my Wordpress Affiliate Store.
It looks a pretty simple, and easy to use plugin to redirect my old URLs to new destinations, but on it there is a questions and I do not know what to put for my links. Below is what the plugin page to add a new redirect looks like..

___________________________________________________________________________________

Redirect Settings

Redirect From:
?????????????????? [] Enable Regular Expressions (advanced)

This path should be relative to the root of this WordPress installation (or the sub-site, if you are running a multi-site). Appending a (*) wildcard character will match all requests with the base. Warning: Enabling regular expressions will disable wildcards and completely change the way the * symbol is interpreted.

Redirect To: ?????????????????????

This can be a URL or a path relative to the root of your website (not your WordPress installation). Ending with a (*) wildcard character will append the request match to the redirect.

HTTP Status Code: ??????????????????

___________________________________________________________________________________

For the "HTTP Status Code", it gives me 6 Options..

  • 301 Moved Permanently
  • 302 Found
  • 303 See Other
  • 307 Temporary Redirect
  • 403 Forbidden
  • 404 Not Found

Some seem obvious what they are for such as the Permanent one, but I don't know what they all do. Can someone let me know when I should use which ones?

Your website link is not working. The website has been showing blank link. On Every word press website- there have a plug in option. Every plug in option have screenshot and installation details. I shall always follow the instruction details from plug in page.

Thanks
